Infinite Flow is made to run, for free, for 15 minutes. If you have purchased a license, please enter your license in the Settings tab of the plugin. If you have not purchased a license, you must purchase one.
You are probably on Mac/OSX.
Mac has particular settings when it comes to file permissions. Our software works on 99% of user's systems, but you might be in the remaining 1%.
If you run Infinite Flow for the first time, it will create a dummy folder in (your_username)/Documents/SilenAudio/InfiniteFlow
If you go to that folder and it is empty, that means that our installer was unable to get the permission to copy over the presets. What you should do is download our patches here: www.silen.software/downloads/InfiniteFlowPresets/
Then when you unzip that folder, you should see something that looks similar to the empty folders. You should copy the presets over in the same folder structure
Steinberg changed its policy with VST3 plugins, where it requires us to package them as a folder, rather than a standalone plugin.
There is a way to still run it, but it is a bit of a workaround.
Older versions of Reaper do not know to look deeper in a folder, so what you need to do is find the "InfiniteFlow.vst" folder that was just installed.
Keep going deeper into the folder, until you find a folder called "x86_64-win". Open that, and you should see your vst. Now what you need to do is right click the "InfiniteFlow.vst" file, hold CTRL-Shift, and right click. Then you can select "Copy As Path". From there if you go to Reaper, then Preferences, then Plugins, then VST. Then Edit Path List, and add that path to your path list. Infinite Flow will show up.
